Where to get help?

This maybe a stupid question, but is there a FAQ or help page with directions/instructions - I received an email in blogabond that is spam and can't figure out how to delete it, for example - Can I upload a bunch of pictures, maybe a drag and drop thingy or perhaps ftp, for another example -

I have a couple domains hosted elsewhere, but I really like the concept - this is a pretty kewl deal -

Yeah, we're a little light in the help department.

For comments on your entries, there should always be a little "delete this" link next to each comment when you're logged in.
