Yesterday was my last full day in this beautiful country. It is so unreal. I know that I am leaving today, but it just doesn't seem real. Though I'm excited to be going back to see family and friends, it will be quite different from living in Ecuador and I will miss certain things about my life...

the end of being in the middle

This week was the end of my teaching cycle, and full of reviewing, grading and lots of paperwork. A good experience overall. The language institute for which I worked is great. A wonderful group of people, very supportive and understanding. I will miss it there a little. But I miss kids more, so...
