Anguib Island

Trev today took us to Anguib island on his Speed boat. We took some staff with us as well as some were off duty and we all had the most amazing time. Fantastic white sand and the most perfect clear blue sea, the photos still don't do...

A trip into Appari

Today Trev took us out to Appari town about 90 kilometres away, which is the nearest town to buy supplies! We really are out in the sticks here! We both had a great day just walking around picking up a few supplies and seeing some funny sights!

Chris today taught the kitchen staff with me as his assistant how to make his delicious freshly baked bed and then made his legendary pizzas! I then re-wrote the specails board introducing them to the local Filipino guests and remarkably they went down a storm that we even sold out! :)

Windy, rainy weather

You would think we were in the U.K by taking a look at the weather here, so we have mainly been working inside on the computer in the kitchen today as there's very little else to do except taking a walk earlier when it stopped raining for 1/2 hour. We haven't even been in the pool or sea as...
