zermatt - too windy!

me n kat went to Zermatt today. n i found out Eurail is absolutely useless in Switzerland! i had to pay so much for all d private mountain rail lines and have NO discount for d cable cars!! if any1 is travelling, please buy a Swiss Pass instead. it cost d same price n covers these mountain rail...

Winter 2008 we spent in Klosters in Chalet Eugenia

From November 2007 to April 2008 we worked in the Beautiful Chalet Eugenia in Klosters Switzerland. Diane as the manager and Barney as Maintenance Assistant for the area. A good time was had by all with lots of hard work interrupted with a bit of skiing.

London here we come!

Our last bus trip from Luzern to Zurich, our last Swiz watch shop and the last mum will see of her Jersey which was left in the airport somewhere. Sunny London and nice hotel. Getting tired!

Four countries in one trip today ending in a fantastic hotel in Luzern. We did some sight seeing then went to a Swiz restaurant where we were allowed two drinks only and a group entertained us with horn blowing, bottle playing, cow bell ringing, flag throwing and other wicked things.

The Tour

We met up with the other tour members. 24 of us all up inlcuding one other kiwi couple and an Ozzie couple. Bulk dinner and bed - ready for an early start to Venice.
