Halloween in the school

We celebrated Halloween in the school on Friday. I dressed up as the scarecrow in the Oz Wizard. We ate many sweets and we had fun. Here I am in my classroom.

Statue of Liberty

Today is November 7th and I have been in the Statue of Liberty. The statue is in an island and you can get there by Ferry from Manhattan or New Jersey. It´s 12 dollars each ticket. It is very nice and not so big but the view of Manhattan is very nice.

Harlem and marathon

I have also been in Harlem, a neighborhood where jazz music is played in every corner. I could see in Harlem the New York marathon. It is one of the most famous in the world. There were people from many different countries and there were also concerts to keep runners up.

The Simpsoms

Here I am again, This time I am in front of the school bus. It´s quite similar to Apu´s bus in the Simpsoms. You can see many of them around the city. Taxis (American people call them cabs) in New York have the same color.
