The airline community is tight so i happened to do the right persons hair and now word has spread. Unfortunatlly i dont have a shop yet so i have been going to the peoples home to do there hair. Which of course i was use to doing that back home in the states.

Yesterday the client i did lived about 30 min away. We passed through Miles and Miles of Field's, muddy roads and space to get there. She lived on plot with other people, there was no electricity so we did the highlights outside on her veranda. Real country.

There was a fence around the House and she said that there are cheetas elephants zebras and chimp's that live there. YES! I was outside doing hair with wild animals near by. Straight up Africa!

Im getting used to it here, I actually prefer living here now than to Nairobi.

Every year here they have this fund raiser for charity, and the town puts on a show. It is the highlight of the year and the whole town shows up. This years show was last night. And all of Nanyuki was there. It was cute. The theme was Cinderella but with a big twist. Kyrans boss and co workers were all in it. Was pretty funny.

One act they even had a couple dancing Salsa, it was nice, I wish the guys back home could have seen it. I totally forgot to take my camera, sorry guys, i let you down.

I have been getting e -mails from the friends who have attended the internationals recently. One went to Hawaii and this is what he said :
"During the kingdom melodies they display the words on the screen, so basically you are at the largest karaoke party ever."
I thought that was hilarious :)
