Arrival in Atlanta

We were both very pleased to arrive in Atlanta at last - the flight was 8 hours to Dakar in Senegal where the plane stopped to refuel and take on more passengers, and then another 8 hours to Atlanta.

Was dark from when we took off in Jo'burg at 7pm until 6am USA Eastern time. We were very glad to see the Sunrise!

Hope you have an amazing trip! Where are you staying in Orlando? I remember when I was there it was sooooo hot and humid (it was early September 2000) - we stayed at the Day's Inn at Orlando and spent quite a bit of time in the pool. I know your schedule is quite tight but you must try and get to Disney World - I hadn't wanted to go but it was my friend's choice as we both chose half of the trip - and I really enjoyed it!
