Rapid City leading us into the black hills

Debbie's blog: so we drove right through Rapid City, SD and did not stop to visit the dinosaurs or the men made from tires becauseof the rain and how late it was. Everyone was tired and wanted to get to the campground as soon as possible to eat. It rained the entire from Wall to Keystone. Once we were in Keystone, we also bypassed the scheduled stops and started to head to the campground. WELL we got lost!!! We did drive through a very pretty part of the state and saw a lot of deer and wild turkeys. We finally found the campsite and set up camp. We ate dinner in our RV again and then because it was so late, everyone headed to bed. We will get up in the morning and see what the day brings. IF there is rain, we may do all of the sites we missed and hold off on Rushmore until the next day.
