I am so envious.. why did I not go for sevearl weeks,,, what was I thinking!?
lets talk.. there are plastic, carbon fiber, aluminum, and steel water bottlecages of all shapes, colors, and sizes.. etc,, dont frete.. but consider using duct tape/ rope/twine etc to make a holder for the handlebars.. the bottle should set firmly in the vertical position.. consider dumping excess clothes...!!no one smells you except you..just hold onto the soap at all costs!!
As a general rule, rice sucks (except for brown rice),, it is a medium density calorically rich, nutrient poor food...but i dont recognize it is readily avail. and cheap.... pasta ditto!!,,,
protein is very impt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
stick with the beans... as well, the extra gas will add much needed propulsion!!
