origin of the name

New York, United States

It was the 1960's and Gordon Wellwood was travelling alone all over the world. Some places were quite hostile. But before he set out on his journey he created a code phrase with his family. The idea was that if he was truly in trouble and at the mercy of bad guys, he would send (via a cable: it was a different time) this code to alert his family of his troubles but not the thugs. That phrase was "Having a wonderful time, please send money."
