You'll find it much quicker to upload if you shrink the photos first. Some internet cafes already have image resizer installed, in which case you can just right click on a photo (or lots of them) and select "Resize", otherwise you can download it and (in most places) install it, from http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/ImageResizerPowertoySetup.exe

It seems like Blogabond automatically resizes to 800x600, so that's what I always do. It takes a fraction of the time to upload afterwards.
