We naturally "nofollow" all user-supplied links, and we don't offer any internal links to non-trusted user content, thus rendering even successful spam completely valueless to the spammer.

Still, spammers are stubborn and determined, and seemingly they don't realize there is nothing to gain here. The occasional spam will always slip through the cracks. If you see any specific cases, be sure to let me know and I'll clean it up.
