Tried about four flavours of ice cream and popsicles.

It was called 旗美休_ _ 場 (Could not see what the _ _ characters were)

Location unknown, but it was about 10 minutes or less from the next location, the Meinung Folk Village 美濃民俗村 so it should be in Meinong Township 美濃鎮 or between Cisan and Meinong.
