Well we had to leave much sooner than anticipated, however we got to see a lot of Chicago. Downtown, Uptown, Andersonville, Boystown, Pilsen, Hyde Park, Wicker Park, Riverside, Musems, Comedy Clubs, Public Transit, Straight Bars, Queer Bars, Good Food and Amazing People!!!

New fiends

Madison, United States

So this blog thing is hard to get the hang of and we are working on it. Any whooos...Kayla and I spent a week in Madison WI, making new friends, eating great food and seeing the sites. Madison is pretty cool. We went to a benefit (where I won a massage from Kelly Maxwell, thanks I feel so much better), a roller girl championship game, some museums, the botanical gardens, a cheese store, a wonderful micro-brewery (Ale Asylum), State Street (cos I am a nerd like that) and so much more.

Jumping in Hilton Bonaventure, Montreal

Bed Jumping !

Before starting with a 2 weeks RV roadtrip accross Quebec & Ontario, we decided to offer us a little treat and book a room in hotel Hilton in Montreal.

Gods were with us as we got upgraded the biggest Suite of the hotel on the top floor (with private access to roof top swimming pool and some welcome drinks). I love Montreal :-)

Yet another X-factor jump. Behind me our dear friend Hervé the RV that guided us in this 2000 km road trip in Canada. Hervé has everything you want: fridge, kitchen, toilets, shower, a 2 double beds and 2 single ones... as well as a Gas consumption of 30 liter per 100 km... aaaargh !

Don't even DARE to comment on that facial expression of mine ! Sometimes it takes a lot of effort to jump :-)

This picture was taken on the ferry crossing the Saguenay river to reach Tadoussac. From there the goal was to go find some whales. And we did it !

From Tadoussac we headed up Saint Jean Lake following the Saguenay. A little stop in Sainte Rose du Nord on a gray day made us eat a huge and delicious Poutine... and of course jump !
