Bad news. I just found out there are NO international ATMs in Iran, and possibly nowhere in northern Iraq either. This is bad because I only have 200 euro, 5 USD and 10 more days before I leave Iran. I meet up with David at 10.30am for a tour of the citadel, a huge fortress on top of a hill...
