Helen with the cornflake pie

Has anyone else heard of cornflake pie? It seems I'm the only person not to have had cornflake pie at school! It's actually quite yummy..well compared to the last one Helen made in Rotorua. It's got pastry, a layer of jam and then cornflakes, syrup and sugar. Apparently it was banned from school dinners because of the sugar content..well 13oz of sugar - what did they expect!
