No laughing sign at the Genocide Museum

If I hadn't gone to school with some of the people I did, I would have thought a "no laughing" sign unnecessary at a Genocide Museum. Mind you, having not changed much since school myself, the one thing that could have made me laugh at a genocide museum is that sign.
