Ain't no pity in the Rose City

Best city in the United States. Top 3 in the world. Famous for beer and roses but it's a lonely place.

Moving... my blog site!

So, I decided I didn't like the format of this site too much for my blog. If you somehow find this blog, you can see my true blog at my website: blog.mylifeinlines.com

Votes, Photos, and Discussion

This weekend, I've been blowing off a bunch of paying work so that I can put some new features into Blogabond. This is stuff that's been bugging me for a while and I think it will make the site just that little bit more usable. First, it always bugged me that when you clicked on "Photos",...

Astroturfing Robot Spiders!

Woke up to 30 variations on this in my inbox today: "As though I wanted will meet personally the author of clauses articles on your site, and personally to it him will get acquainted. But unfortunately I live in other country and I have no an opportunity to go on the world. Success to you the...

RTL Test

Here is some text in Hebrew. I have no idea what it says...

First Inspiration

I first got the idea to build this thing back in the summer of 2005, sitting in the coffee shop at Powell's books in Portland, thumbing through a Lonely Planet book on travel writing. My dreams of a comfortable life as a traveling author were abruptly dashed, but I came across a term that the...

Bailing from trailworks

Friday will be my last day here. I'm skipping the country for a few months in search of rocks and waves. Along the way I'll be able to check this address a few times: radboy2@yahoo.com See you in February! Jason

Australia and Thailand

So you are all officially in the loop to receive random emails from me as I tour about in Australia and SE Asia over the next few months. I doubt I'll be able to get onto the internet all that often, but if I ever do, you'll all get to be amazed and delighted by every mundane detail of my...

France by train

I'm going to be in France this summer with no car, so I'm looking for recommendations of sport crags that are within walking distance of train stations. Ideally, there would also be a cheap place to crash nearby (without camping), but that is secondary. Can anybody help me out?
