Typical breakfast is yogurt with granola, toast with cheese or jam, and juice. Brody and Rylie would say that this is normal for me.

Is the oil you purchased for cooking or medicine? It is used on salads. The oil cannot be used for cooking because the smoking point, the amount of heat needed to make the oil burn, is too low.
