Camp John Hay

Baguio, Philippines

Camp John Hay used to be the Rest and Recreation center of the United States Army personnel in the Philippines. Because of its cool climate, the area was suitable and ideal for the American army. Today, Camp John Hay is a beautiful vacation spot in Baguio City. It is the resort of the mountains.

The moment you enter Camp John Hay, you will be astonished by its beauty. You will notice a large bentgreen grass-filled golf course within the camp that is designed by Jack Niclaus, which is accessible to members and nonmembers alike. It is also great to cruise the pine tree-lined roads while feeling the cool breeze and viewing the beautiful landscape. Camp John Hay also has great hotels such as The Manor Hotel, a shopping center, and a convention center. Although the camp has changed over time, it still remains a wonderful and relaxing place for everyone.

I heard that the golf course in this place is really huge. My friend went there last summer and he recommended it to all of us!

Is John Hay the late Gen John Hay? If i read the article right, this camp is in the PI, yet the name sounds very american. Oh, Americans.
