Punta Fuego

Batangas, Philippines

A very relaxing beach would be preferred, especially if it was only two hours away from the city. This makes Punta Fuego an ideal escape. Punta Fuego which means Point of Fire, consists of an 88-hectare exclusive residential resort in Nasugbu, Batangas. It can be accessed by car via the Tagaytay-Nasugbu Tourism Highway.

When in Punta Fuego, one discovers 800 meters of twelve white sand beaches. The place also serves as a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, with its underwater caves, rock formations, coral reefs, and other diving spots.

Punta Fuego boasts of the Terrazas de Punta Fuego, or simply the Terrazas. Some of the amenities are the Clubhouse, The Boardwalk, the cabaƱas, multi-purpose view deck, and the swimming pool. Also in the resort are the Terrazas Beach Club, Cafe Sol, and the Juice Bar.

Punta Fuego offers a very private place for everyone to relax and just have a good time.

A Nearer Baguio

Tagaytay, Philippines

If you are looking for a cold place nearest to the city, I would suggest that you visit Tagaytay. Unlike Baguio which is located Miles away from the city, Tagaytay provides a very convenient getaway. And of course it costs less than going to Baguio City.

Tagaytay is situated in Batangas, near the famous Lake Taal. Tagaytay is not as cold as compared to Baguio, but its gentle winds and fine weather make it perfect for relaxation. There are a couple of clubs that provide great accomodation and recreation, such as Tagaytay Highlands. Some of the famous activities that you can do in Tagaytay are the followign: horseback riding, camping, dining, and even casino. When in town, it is a must to vist Mount Taal, which is a volcano in the middle of the Lake.

Tagaytay is one of the most accessible places that offers cool weather and great sights.
