Um, wow... has it really been 5 days? Things have been so much better... I went on an 8.2 mile hike on sunday with my mom and her friends Doug and Cathy... Doug and I trailed ahead... and the last half of it I jogged... did I mention I went bare foot? (It was a dare) Oh my god, it felt so good...
